PEANUT BASIC PACKAGE

You eat healthy and have already tried some diets, but still you do not manage to reduce your weight or you want to gain weight, but it just does not work?

Sometimes diets are not about eating as little as possible or giving up eating bread. The concept of a diet is much more complex. In most cases, the problem is more in the distribution of macronutrients that we pay little attention to in our everyday diet, however, this plays a huge role.

 

If you choose the PEANUT BASIC PACKAGE, we will sit down together for our first session (in person or online) and talk through your eating habits, your lifestyle, where we will try to find the weak points. After that, I will ask you to write a 3-5 day food log where you write down what and how much you ate during those days.

After I have evaluated your protocol, I will create guidelines for your dietary change based on the results.

Then, we will sit down again for a second session (in person or online), where I will help you to set concrete goals and the way to achieve them, with guidelines and recommendations for nutrition and food that are adapted to your needs.
