CASHEW SPORTS PACKAGE

Whether you are an amateur or a competitive athlete, nutrition plays a huge role in your performance. Amateur athletes need a diet that is adapted to their personal needs so that they can achieve their goals, such as losing weight, defining the body or building muscle, while the topic of nutrition has a very different significance for competitive athletes. Athletes need an optimized, needs-based diet due to the very high stress on the body to increase performance, improve regeneration or avoid any kind of nutrient deficiencies which can affect their results.

 

In the CASHEW PACKAGE we will have an initial personal consultation (in person or online) where we will go over your sports activity, your activity level, as well as the goals you have set, then I will ask you to write a 3-5 day nutrition protocol where you need to note what and how much you ate during those days or what supplements you used.

After evaluating this protocol, I will put together guidelines for your special diet that are adapted to your goals and needs. We will discuss these in our second session (in person or online), and I will also give you recommendations on supplements that can support your training.
